Profhilo contains one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid of any injectable product on the market — 64mg per 2ml. Unlike conventional fillers, it is not cross-linked with chemicals, which means it spreads through the skin tissue rather than staying in one place. This unique property allows it to hydrate and remodel the skin from the inside out, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin.

Profhilo Before and After: What Changes Can You Expect?

The Profhilo Timeline

The standard Profhilo protocol involves two treatment sessions, spaced four weeks apart. Here is what to expect at each stage:

• Session 1: Profhilo is injected into five specific points on each side of the face (the BAP — Bio Aesthetic Points protocol). Small bumps appear at the injection sites and resolve within a few hours.
• Week 1–4: The hyaluronic acid begins to spread through the tissue, stimulating collagen and elastin production. Skin may feel more hydrated within the first week.
• Session 2 (Week 4): The second treatment amplifies the bio-remodelling process and consolidates the results.
• Week 4–8: Results become increasingly visible. Skin appears firmer, more luminous, and noticeably more hydrated.
• Month 2–3: Full results are visible. The skin looks and feels transformed — firmer, smoother, and deeply hydrated.
• Month 6–9: Results gradually diminish as the hyaluronic acid is metabolised. A maintenance session is recommended every 6 months.

Who Gets the Best Profhilo Results?
