1. About Us
The London Aesthetic Clinic is a non-surgical aesthetic clinic located at Within Fitness First, Coram Street, London WC1N 1HB. We provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments including, but not limited to, anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, lip fillers, Profhilo, skin boosters, and fat dissolving injections. All treatments are performed by qualified medical practitioners.
2. Consultations and Bookings
All treatments at The London Aesthetic Clinic are subject to a prior consultation with one of our practitioners. The consultation allows us to assess your suitability for treatment, discuss your goals, and explain the risks and benefits. We reserve the right to decline to carry out any treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our practitioner, it is not appropriate for you.
Bookings are accepted by email only. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time, in which case we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by emailing [email protected]. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) or failure to attend without notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Consent to Treatment
Before any treatment is carried out, you will be asked to provide your informed written consent. This consent confirms that you have been given sufficient information about the treatment, including the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives, and that you agree to proceed on that basis.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time before or during treatment. If you withdraw consent during a treatment, we will stop immediately, though you may be charged for any work already completed.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment and may result in us being unable to proceed.

5. Pricing and Payment
Treatment prices will be confirmed at your consultation. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed.
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by card and bank transfer. We do not offer credit facilities.
6. Results and Expectations
Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science, and individual results will vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our practitioners will discuss realistic expectations with you at consultation, but the results you achieve may differ from those of other clients or from any before and after photographs you have seen.
If you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 14 days of your treatment so that we can discuss your concerns. We will endeavour to address any reasonable concerns, which may include a complimentary review appointment.
7. Risks and Complications
All aesthetic treatments carry some degree of risk. Common side effects (such as temporary bruising, swelling, or redness) will be explained to you at consultation. Rare but serious complications can occur with injectable treatments. Our practitioners are trained to manage complications and will provide you with emergency contact information and aftercare guidance following your treatment.
By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the risks and accept them. Our liability for any complications arising from treatment is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Aftercare
Following your treatment, you will be provided with written aftercare instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions carefully. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect your results and could increase the risk of complications. If you experience any unusual symptoms following treatment, you should contact us immediately or, in the case of a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
